Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery

• Unworn and in pristine condition

• All original tags attached and intact

• In original packaging, undamaged

How to Return

Contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

​

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

​

Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Your Statutory Rights

​

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
